"In early 2009, we were planning to buy a late-model pre-owned Roadtrek (after enjoying our old one for 17 years.) We called and told Christie what we were looking for and gave her an idea of our budget limitations. She called back with a trade-in value and we ended up being able to get a NEW Roadtrek from you (a "last year's" model) for LESS than we were thinking of paying for a USED late-model Roadtrek. We were also impressed with how you handled the situation when we encountered some unexpected mechanical issues with our old Roadtrek halfway between Ohio and Texas - we let you know we were on our way but had to stop for a repair and you still honored the price and trade-in value you had given us.
